Mr. Tebrinke (Iowa State University ChE ’81) has 30 years of experience in engineering and management in pharmaceutical and consumer products companies. His current position is the Director of Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS at Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Kevin’s experience includes strategic manufacturing and facility planning, product portfolio management, continuous improvement, staff development and alignment, and implementation of major technical and operations initiatives. Areas of emphasis include product design, process scale-up, maintenance systems implementation, TPM, environmental and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, trouble-shooting and process optimization, encapsulation, and various drying operations.
