Mr. Tebrinke (Iowa State University BS ChE ’81) has over 40 years of experience in engineering, IT, and management in pharmaceutical and consumer products companies. His current position is Senior Advisor at J.H. Findorff in Madison, Wisconsin.

Kevin brings 40 years of professional experience in owner-side senior leadership, engineering, operations, EHS, and IT / OT to his role as Strategic Advisor – Science and Technology. He will serve as a resource to facilitate communication between owners, A&E, and CQV and regulatory consultants to develop an early understanding of the regulatory, safety, and quality requirements, and to integrate that knowledge into the project development and implementation.

His experience includes strategic manufacturing and facility planning, product portfolio management, continuous improvement, staff development and alignment, and implementation of major technical and operations initiatives. Other areas of emphasis include product design, process scale-up, maintenance systems implementation, TPM/Lean/Kaizen, environmental and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, trouble-shooting and process optimization, encapsulation, and various drying operations.

Kevin’s accomplishments include 8 patents for continuous manufacturing, Warner Lambert’s R&D “Prizing Creativity” award, and several Trade Secret inventions.

Dr. Zhongping Huang graduated (with the B.S. and M.S. degree) from Zhejiang University in 1985, Hangzhou, China. He got his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 from University of Kentucky. He worked as a visiting scientist in Brookhaven National Laboratory and University of Kentucky from 1997 to 1999.

Dr. Huang is the funding director and professor of Biomedical Engineering at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his current position, he was the department chair and associate professor of Biomedical Engineering at Widener University. His researchhas been focused on the problems in thermal/fluid science and biomedical engineering, specifically, in artificial kidney/hemodialysis and freeze drying. His research is supported by fundings from NIH, Pennsylvania Infrastructure Technology Alliance, Office of Naval Research,and ASHARE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers). He also has very active research collaborations with various industries: Gambro Inc., Baxter Healthcare Co, EMV Technologies, Novaflux Technologies, and Nephros, Inc. He has published over 25 peer-reviewed articles and 19 book chapters and 2 patents. He is the editorial board member of the ASAIO journal, the board director of Mainline Chinese Culture Center, and the student advisor of ASHRAE Philadelphia Chapter.
