Table Top Exhibitions – 8 July through 10 July
Along with the Conference to be held between 8 July and 10 July, a Table Top Exhibition will take place. No need to tell you that Table Top Exhibits are an excellent marketing tool that enables excellent exposure for your company products or services. At this opportunity the Organizing Committee has set the coffee break area near Exhibition area, so no doubt enough time will be available to guarantee a perfectly targeted potential customer’s environment.
Notice that only 11 Tables are available at this opportunity, so those companies registered early will guarantee the better positions. You can find below a layout having detailed information about Exhibition area.
Fee: € 1,600. Price increases by 10% after 10 June.
What does fee include?:
√ A table top (1.50 x 0.76 m) plus 2 chairs. Table top area will be provided with one electrical connection for a laptop and lighting urpose.
√ Your Company name listed on the ISL-FD web site.
√ Your Company name included in the Conference Handouts.
√ Visit to the Posters area
√ Conference materials containing abstract presentations and the full list of attendees
√ Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well lunch for every program day

Important Registration Information
Substitutions: No substitutions will be permitted prior to the start of Conference.
No Shows: The attendees, who sign up for Exhibition and do not appear, will NOT receive a refund of their fees.
